1. What?
Alumni Collectibles
is a fundraising program that provides alumni associations with a percentage of proceeds from the sale of
wine or alcohol-free sparkling juice. We give back a percentage of proceeds
to alumni associations. This can be designated for a particular academic activity, special
event or educational project that is sponsored by the participating alumni association.
2. Who?
While
alumni associations are traditionally thought of as graduates of educational institutions, this picture has changed. With the
growth of social networking and increasing budgetary cutbacks in for-profit and non-profit organizations, alumni groups have expanded
beyond their traditional academic roots to include corporate,
sports, military, governmental, and non-profit associations, among
others. These organizations recognize that alumni are a valuable resource for academic giving, corporate recruitment, philanthropy, and relationship
building. While our program is open to any of these types
of alumni groups, the Alumni Collectibles Program is designed specifically
for alumni organizations that seek to nurture educational growth
and leadership development.
3. How?
Our turnkey system allows alumni to purchase beverages online
and create their own special
keepsake label that gives back to your association. We can
work with your alumni association to create a custom label that works for you. This
can include, but is not limited to, two label styles:

a stock label with your alumni branding i.e. logo, name, or unique graphic;

logo branding on the label with space for alumni to personalize
the label by adding their name, special event
or whatever they wish.

4. Turnkey Ordering System
Sales and shipping for the Alumni Fundraiser Program
are managed independently by our
national partner network of wineries in collaboration with Custom Wine Source (CWS).
Wines are purchased directly from a select group of wineries
as listed. Some of the wines have 90 point ratings from Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator giving participants a selection of fine wines chosen by a panel of wine tasting experts.
Currently our winery partners ship to 38 states nationwide with no wine
shipments outside the US, except for Hawaii.
Our online ordering system includes over 100 stock
label designs that any site visitor can personalize online, see
instant results, and order immediately. Labels are of exceptional quality
printed in full color on pressure sensitive stock. The CWS system is a mature, proven process that we feel proud to offer our clients.
5. Online Marketing
We can design a unique
Web page to which participating alumni organizations can direct their
members; or you can simply link to our site
from your site. Either way the program enables you to market your
alumni program to your members and their friends and family.
6. Alcohol-Free Option
While similar programs
only offer wine, ours includes the option to order alcohol-free sparkling juice (also called Cider in the USA). This includes our Patritti Premium imported from Australia in 6 flavors and packaged in punted, champagne corked bottles--definitely not your supermarket brand. It's perfect for members located in non-wine shipping states, or for
those associations wanting to offer their members a family-friendly non-alcohol alternative.
