SUBMIT ARTWORK

Email your artwork file to "art at custombeverages.com" to tell us exactly what you want in the file.  Send files as  .eps or .ai or .pdf in Adobe Illustrator 9.0 or lower. Save f onts as outlines.  Any pictures or graphics submitted in your art need to be at least 300 dpi.  We only work with  ‘vector’ files.  We do not accept: web graphics, MS Word files, or raster picture file formats.  If you cannot provide files in the required format please contact us at: sales at "custombeverages.com" to request conversion.  Depending upon the complexity of your art, you may incur a fee.

PROOF APPROVAL

We provide a free .pdf proof for client review.  Payment does not begin until proof has been approved in writing by the client.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required upon proof approval.  After payment clears, production begins. We accept most major credit cards.  Payments made by business checks should be made Payable to: "Morgan Walker International."

NOTICE 

Effective January, 2009, all payments are pre-pay in full upon proof approval. We have suspended net 15 payments at present, except for hositality and food service clients carried over from 2008.

PRODUCTION

Average turnaround is 2-4 weeks depending upon timing of client's return of proof approval and complexity or project. 

SHIPPING

We ship to whatever single destination you wish.  Split shipments incur additional fees and depends upon quantity. 

We encourage all prospective clients to order a product sample prior to purchasing. We provide 1 free sample per client, however clients pay for shipping of the sample.  To request a sample give us:

- the product sample you want;

- account number for your common carrier, such as Fedex, UPS or a credit card;

- name as it appears on the account

- shipping address

- shipping method i.e. overnight, 2-day, etc.

Generic samples are typically provided, however for 'custom samples' clients are not free and include all costs for setup, related customization and shipping are required on special quote.

Our artist can design your artwork for you if you can not do it starting at $80.00 per design proof.  You can avoid this fee by designing your own art and submitting it to us as noted above

First revision free.  All subsequent revisions and changes, no matter how small, begin at $80.00 per proof.

  Reformatting

Artwork submitted in unusable formats will be charge a $50.00 fee for conversion and reformatting.

Although we make every effort to lock-in rates, some we cannot control in today’s environment of fluctuating oil and energy prices.  Such changes impact plastic bottled water as a petroleum-based product and glass manufacturing energy costs.  This means you can expect that price changes may occur in a given year which typically range plus/minus 10%. This may occur due to changes in fuel oil prices, glass energy surcharges, variations in international exchange rates, or price of raw materials.
