The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

All champagnes and wines are sold in by our wholesalers in Indiana or California and title passes to the buyer in Indiana or California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import champagnes and wines into any state outside Indiana or California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of champagnes and wines. By placing an order, you authorize our wholesalers to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver champagne and wine to you. Champagnes and wines may be sold only to persons 21 years old and older. By placing an order, you represent to our wholesalers that you are at least 21 years old. When your champagne and/or wine is delivered to you, you will be required to show identification proving that you are at least 21 years old. 

Our wholesalers warrants that they are state and federally licensed wholesalers in compliance with all applicable alcoholic beverage laws.

States we do NOT ship to

Wine shipments are regulated by state laws, thus we do not ship to the following states: Kentucky, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Utah.  We do ship our 100% non-alcoholic Sparkling Cider (carbonated apple juice), bottled water and soda products to all states.
