Artwork Submission

Font:  12 pt. in Artwork area is required by FDA

Format:  Adobe Illustrator 8 or less. Files: .ai or .eps  

Save as outlines or include font file in your submission

Imprint Area: 2.3"H x 3.2"W

Useable Format: All artwork must be in Vector

format with fonts saved as outlines in .eps, or .ai files

Required Resolution: 300+ dpi is preferred but vector.

If single color use 600 dpi raster. 

If files are not presented in useable format, artist

time to reset artwork starts at $90.00 per hour 

Ordering Information

• TURNAROUND TIME: Estimated 4-6 weeks after artwork approval. Production begins after signed approval

• FDA requires flavor name in 2.3”x3.2 area with minimum of 12 pt. Font. Please indicate in artwork (see above)

• If we design your artwork or if it is submitted in an unusable format, artwork charges start at $90.00 per hr.

• First revision: FREE  Additional Revision: Start at $80.00 per hour. 

• Shipping to New York averages $15.00 per case. We get good rates so Request Quote

• Mixing allowed up to 4 flavors starting at 480 bottles (120 bottles per flavor).  

• Setup fees and artwork apply per flavor

• Rush Service: 3-day for $100.00 extra; 1-day for $200.00 extra

• Cancellation Fee: $50.00   Email artwork with subject line: “Custom Soda Artwork”

• Pre-Production Samples:$60.00 per case plus normal setup fee and shipping;

• Samples: Random Samples get:4 free bottles but requester pays shipping.   Additional 4 bottles at $10.00 per set

• Shipping can be billed to your UPS or FedEx account.
