Cancellations
Should
clients decide to cancel an order after we have provided a proof, we will
invoice for artist time. Clients who have requested total design
services are invoiced for both artist design time and the cost of artwork
produced.
Refund Policy
All
sales are final except under the following conditions: errors made on our part
that may be related to production or billing, demonstrated product
defect or damage, or for some unforeseen reason not documented here where you
were instructed by our staff to return your product for a replacement or
refund.
Payments
The following credit cards are accepted forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We
accept corporate checks (no personal checks or money orders).
Billing Terms
Full pre-payment is required on all custom orders for first-time clients. Long term contract arrangements typically require an initial deposit followed by
a 15 or 30-day billing cycle.
